megan condrey, pa-c

Megan has been a Physician Assistant with the practice since 2014. She did her undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California graduating as a Renaissance Scholar. She then moved to the DC area and completed a Master of Public Health at George Washington University prior to completing her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.

She loves working side by side with the surgeons in the operating room. Seeing patients in clinic and helping them recover from surgery is what keeps her passion for medicine alive. Megan is essential to help coordinate care and communicate with other medical professionals while patients are in the hospital. Her skill sets are vast as she is able to do cosmetic injectables in the office as well as assist in major medical traumas.

When not working she enjoys time with her two Australian Shepherds and wake surfing.

madelyn o’leary, pa-c

Maddie is a nationally certified and Virginia state licensed Physician Assistant specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery. She is originally from Pennsylvania where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania. Maddie then went on to earn her Master of Physician Assistant Science degree at Gannon University. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.  

Maddie has been practicing at Dominion Plastic Surgery since 2019. She enjoys assisting with all types of reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures as well as helping patients through their recovery phase postoperatively. 

Outside of work Maddie enjoys dancing, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.


 

Rachel McVey, PA-C

Rachel is a Physician Assistant and has been with the practice since 2021. She is a Virginia local and completed her undergraduate degree at James Madison University obtaining a Bachelor of Sciences in Biology. Rachel then attended Mary Baldwin University where she completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies and became nationally certified.

She enjoys assisting with the various surgeries the practice performs. Rachel enjoys learning about each patient her positive outlook and personality work to help ease anxiety before and after surgery.

When not at work, Rachel enjoys crafting, playing board games, and spending time with friends.
